EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS

Many of our clients have coverage for both Physiotherapy and Massage through their extended Health benefits . If you do have coverage there are usually yearly maximums in addition to percentage limits per visit. Be sure to confirm your limits and coverage amounts with your provider. We can also help you to find this information during your first visit.

The usual procedure is to pay after each visit and then submit your receipts for reimbursement. In some instances we are able to assist with "direct billing". We may directly bill for Blue Cross, Green-shield and/or Great-West Life.

However many benefits providers are increasing restrictions in this area or not allowing this at all. We will always check into this for you and will do anything we can to facilitate direct billing where possible.

We are an approved physiotherapy clinic for Veterans, RCMP, and Canadian Forces and can bill directly for these individuals.

WORKER'S SAFETY INSURANCE BOARD (WSIB)

We accept WSIB Claims. If you are hurt at work and have a prescription for Physiotherapy , we can see you right away. Make sure you provide us with your claim number, a valid ID and name of your adjudicator.

We can bill directly to WSIB for your Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services.

Do I need a prescription from my doctor?

You do not need a prescription from your doctor for physiotherapy.

Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals. However, some insurance companies require a doctor's prescription before covering.

Orthotic Friendly
